Is there anyone there who can help resolve this issue because I don’t have any others earphones that will work with my phone
the Bluetooth connection doesn’t come up in devises when searching for Bluetooth connections
iPhone 12, iOS 14
first time one connects bluetooth headset to a device one is required to put the headset into pairing / discovery mode
