MacOS 12 GB bit that is not possible - since Big Sur

Since I installed Big Sur spontaneous Finder report that I have 12 GB free disk space. That is not correct because yesterday I had 122 GB free space.

When I look at what takes a lot of space, that I see a folder on iCloud Drive. The strange thing is that the folder is on iCloud only. I see a cloud symbol with a down arrow.

I am wondering if this is a bug. Anyone else this issue?
