After updating my late 2015 27 inch iMac to Big Sur my screensaver will not work. How can I fix it?
iMac 27″, macOS 10.15
Same bug with "Sliding Panels". Stucks after 3-5 pictures. Turning on clocks helps.
Hi, try configuring the screensaver showing the clock and then run it. This is definitely a bug.

It has to be a bug. I added the clock, like iAlejandro suggested and it worked. Hoping to go back to the clock-less version soon.
Same here after updating to Big Sur. Same behavior with all preinstalled screensavers on Mac system.
Should be a bug that might be corrected soon.
When I go to the screensaver tab and select photos from my own computer folders for displaying, they will load the first ones and not change to all the other ones loaded. It is like stuck on first set of pics. That is with the sliding panel choice but I have tried others and still no change of pics. Thanks for any help.
I don't use one of the photo screen savers. I have seen a couple posts where someone noted the same behavior. The screen saver only showed a subset of the photos from their folder. However it was pre-Big Sur. I don't know if it's a bug, if there's a limit on the number of photos, or some other cause. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
I hav exactly the same iMac and the same problem after upgrading to Big Sur. I have added the time, but still the same. I am using a set of photos stored in my Pictures folder.

My screensaver is not working properly either. Nor is my touchId on my 2020 MacBook Air
