Apple Store online and app not showing all orders

Hi,

Online and the app aren't showing all my orders. I have tried 'manage an order using this apple id' and it says it is linked but I cannot find it.

Does anyone know how to rectify this please or could it be to do with the server outage the other day? Just don't know if I should be worried.
