iTunes Music Library not being fully synced to iPhone 12 Pro Max

I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and want to sync all 9,000+ songs as I did with my iPhone X. However, when syncing the library via iTunes, only 3,000+ music files are syncing. Leaving the rest un-synced and not copied over to the iPhone 12. I have tried a variety of restarts and resets which have not changed the outcome.


I am running iTunes on PC, ver 12.10.10 and using iPhone 12 Pro Max with IOS 14.2.

Windows, Windows 10

Hi there. After 2 hours on the phone with tech support we went to the able page and re-downloaded iTunes and it worked. I have the 12 Pro Max as well and it wasn't syncing with iTunes till now. I use a Mac but try re downloading iTunes.

DO NOT DELETE your current iTunes. Just redownload it and hopefully it will work for you as it did me. Good Luck.
