Have two iPhones that have lost connectivity to ATT email updates. Screen says Account Error No Password Provided for ATT". Go to Mail Account Setting and Enter a Password. Have followed instructions and entered ATT email password on iPhones but still no connectivity. Same password works on desktop.

I deleted my account off my phone and then added it back using Yahoo(where I used to select “other”)and this worked!
I solved the problem by going to ATT.net website and followed their "Repair Email" step-by-step.

Not to bite the hand that was trying to help, but I didn't immediately find this link, and Google didn't help much either. Would you be able to include a link to the page you went to? I'd be happy to give you a helpful, for whatever that's worth.
I experienced the exact same situation beginning on 11/12. Password works on desktop, but not on I phone 7. Same error message.
Also have this exact same problem. I was able to get the MAC e-mail working using the password from yahoo/att. But I had been using Microsoft Outlook for e-mail on the MAC. ... It has the same problem as the I-phones....won't accept the password.
I contacted AT&T and got exactly nothing. My problem started about 2 PM on NOV 12.
