Any Option for 7 Home-Screen Rows

Just upgraded from iPhone 7+ to 12 Pro Max. Yeehah! However, just checking: As far as I can tell, there are no Settings to:

Allow a seventh row of home-screen icons (lot of blank space on the screen now)?
Change the keyboard back so that the language-select globe and voice-dictation icons are on the same row with the space bar so that the keyboard doesn’t burn as much height on the screen?

Correct. There is not an option to resize the app icons in iOS.
