Hello, Lefty2184.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

From reading your post, it's understood that you're unable to get your device connected to 802.11 AX speeds. We'd be glad to help. If this is the tech specs for your MacBook Pro 13inch, then it would not be supported for 802.11 AX speeds: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) - Technical Specifications

"Wireless

  • Wi-Fi
  • 802.11ac Wi-Fi wireless networking; IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n compatible
  • Bluetooth
  • Bluetooth 5.0 wireless technology".

For the iPhone 11 Pro, your router has to support and broadcast the 802.11 AX. I'd suggest contacting to manufacturer of the router to confirm the settings and if it can broadcast the Wi-Fi speeds. If your router does support and broadcasts the signal, then make sure you connect to the correct Wi-Fi name that is set for those speeds: Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Keep in mind, Wi-Fi can be affected by interference which can have a direct impact on speeds: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference

Best regards.
