Why am I getting my text notifications in Arabic?

Is it just for iMessage notifications that they appear not in English?

Two tries:

1. Restart your iPhone.
2. Switch language to another language and back to English.

What's your Region & Language setting? Can you post a screenshot of the settings?

Have you tried to deactivate an reactivate iMessage on your phone?

Go to Settings > Messages > iMessage

Deactivate iMessage, wait a minute and then deactivate it.

And does it happen to all your notifications or just iMessage?
