I keep getting part of my notifications in Messenger & FB in Vietnamese. Some of it is in English, which is correct in my settings. How do I fix this issue? I have tried re-starting my phone and am still experiencing this annoying problem!

This did not work at all. In fact, now every Messenger notification is in Vietnamese. I have checked my Settings and nothing but English is shown. I also turned off/on my phone with no luck.
