I’ve been having issues sending videos via text/iMessage since I upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro. The message goes through, but when it plays, you can only hear the audio. The screen is solid blue.

We understand that you're having trouble sending videos through Messages, in that it sends but there's no visual content. We'd recommend starting with some general troubleshooting to start.

Also, was this occurring with all contacts or only certain ones? If certain ones, are they other Apple users or non-Apple users?
Lastly, is this occurring with every video that you send or is it only certain ones?

My wife and I both got Iphone 12 and are having this same issue. We have also restarted our phones and updated to the latest IOS 14.3. same issue.
This seems to happen when you do the recording from the Iphone 12 pro or Max and then text the video to someone else.
Anyone know how to resolve?
All contacts that I’ve had the issue with are iPhone users. I have tried restarting my phone. The issue persists.
