I am trying to reset the heart app on my Apple watch, so that it once again gives me a 24 hour readout of my heart rate. When I go to the heart app on my iphone or watch, I cannot find a way to do it.
The high and low heart rate notifications on my iphone for my apple watch are off, and will not allow me to set them up. What to do?
