I just downloaded the OS Big Sur. Now, when I try to print ebay shipping labels to my Rollo Printer I get a blank label. Also, the pdf view of the label shows that it is blank. I have tried clear the folder of any pdf items, but that didn't help. Any help to get this fixed will be appreciated.

Do you get the same result when trying another printer?
If so, that the pdf is also blank indicates the problem is in generating the document's content.
