big sur printing blank pages on rollo printer

I just downloaded the OS Big Sur. Now, when I try to print ebay shipping labels to my Rollo Printer I get a blank label. Also, the pdf view of the label shows that it is blank. I have tried clear the folder of any pdf items, but that didn't help. Any help to get this fixed will be appreciated.
