Equalizer for playback on Quicktime (10.5), MKPlayer (1.4.1), Safar (14.0.1)?

The equalizer's I'm seeing are targeted for the production of audio/video files. Is there one available for playback of mp4 files, YouTube, etc. through Safari, Quicktime, MKPlayer?

Thanks.

I did find a free App Store utility called SpeakerAmp that runs from the Menu Bar. It can apply equalization for anything going to the speakers. You will need to download the free speaker driver as well. The equalizer has 11 adjustments for frequency range, a limiter, volume adjustment and the ability to select an output device.

So far, no compatibility issues with Big Sur.

It has 104 reviews with a 4.5 rating.
