AirPods connected but no sound

Though I have commands by others saying that turn the Bluetooth off and on but nothing worked. It’s been two days since I purchased this product AirPods and I am already having this problem where it shows connected but it isn’t.

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Hello,

Try a full reset:

Reset your AirPods

If they seem to be connected, but won't play, try this:

1) Open the Control Center

2) Long press on the music controls

3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)

4) Select AirPods
