Am trying to download the excel app into my iPad but I can't,
Cuz the app needs iOS 13.0 or later update but my last update is 12.4.9, what should I do?
P.s my iPad is an iPad mini version 2

Purchase a newer iPad.
Too much expensive for me tho :(
