my existing balance is around 1.9k
i used to spend around 200-400$ then straight recharge up to near 2k
usually it allows me to recharge but lately even tho my balance is down to near 1k, i cant recharge more than around 200
do you have any idea please?

Existing balance of $1900 plus a $200 gift card redemption would be over the $2000 limit, so that is consistent with the message.
If you encounter a different situation that is not consistent with the error message, contact Apple Support.

You better spend some of your existing balance, and then try again to redeem the gift card.
Yes i know i cant add more than 2000$
the prb is the existing is 1600+ and i cant add 50 more
