AIRPOD PROS WONT PLAY MUSIC AND FREEZES IPHONE 12 PRO MAX on IOS 14.2

I just bought my new iPhone 12 pro max and decided to buy some AirPods. After spending over $250 on the AirPod pros I realize they stopped working a few hours after initially paired them. I’ve tried ALL trouble shooting steps for my phone and the AirPods and the only thing that works for sure is backing up your iPhone and resetting it to factory. They will work after this but after a few hours they will stop working again. I expect more reliability out of $250 earbuds. Apple you need to fix this ASAP because it seems like this has been going on for months now.

Dear all,


I am facing some problems with my airpods pro and my iphone 12 pro max... my left airpods is not working when I connect them to my iphone. I've tried everything thinking it was a problem with the airpods pro but after checking with other devices as macbook 2019, iphone 11 pro and iphone 8, I've realized that both airpods pro works perfectly besides when I connect them to the iphone 12 pro max... someone with same issue?

What shall I do?


My iphone has the last version updated.
