email contrast

Does Apple plan to offer an option of increasing the contrast for email. It is too light for some people who have vision issues.

how to gray Mail The bright Mail page bothers my eyes but I can't change it to gray because 'Message' in 'View' itself is all gray and is fixed on showing a 'light' page. Where can I change this?

I use the Dark Mode with Increase Contrast & Reduce Transparency enabled in the System/Accessibility/Display preference pane to make it easier on my eyes.

I also changed the Text to the serf font Times New Roman and increased it's size to 18 pts.
