remove reminder for apple pay

Finally I managed to get in to the community on this dratted iPad Pro!

just updated to iPad OS 14.02 and want to get rid of the annoying red reminder “spot” for setting up Apple Pay.

I notice there are many many posts requesting this, mainly for iPhones, telling that there are none marked as “solved”!

Removing Apple Pay I just updated my iPad’s OS to 15.1, and I am getting a notification to set up Apple Pay. I do not want to set up Apple Pay but can’t see any option to bypass this or remove the reminder notification. I searched the community and found others with a similar request in the past, but the responses and solutions offered did not work. Thanks for any help.

Apple Pay Reminders I just updated my iPhone 11 Pro Max to iOS 15, and aside from the minor and needless changes to the lock screen, I am periodically getting a notification from the Wallet App to add a credit card. The red notification bubble does not go away. I have never and will never use Apple Pay. I don't care how secure it may be, or how convenient it may be I have no desire to use that feature and I am getting tired of seeing the notification pop up 5 times a day. I have looked through the settings and can't find anything about disabling anything to do with the wallet. Is there a way to disable and turn that off or is this another case of Apple telling people what they should really be doing with their phone?

Apple pay and iOS 14 - ever returning reminders to configurate After the last iOS update to iOS 14 my iPhone and iPAD continue to ask me to configurate Apple pay. I don't have any plans to use apple pay. Any suggestions how to switch off this ever returning reminder to configurate Apple pay???

Another reason I will not commit to any fiscal info on my iPad is because I am totally unable to set up 2 stage authentication, and if that is the case, I'll just have to carry on using my very secure Huawei P30 Pro phone and my Windows 10 Pro PC.
