I have iPhone 12 mini which wasn't a product option. I have version 14.2. If face recognition doesn't work and I need to enter my passcode voiceover does not read the number pad to unlock the phone. I encountered this problem in other places were the passcode is needed. How can I fix this?

I don't know how to add to my previous post. I am having issues with voiceover and number pad in phone and other places. I am having difficulty unlocking my phone. This is A concern in the case of an emergency. What if I need to dial 911?
