Missing Headphone Notifications Toggle.

What do you do if the "Headphone Notifications" toggle is missing under Headphone Safety? I'm in the US. My old phone has it, new phone doesn't. Both running iOS 14.2.

Message sound notification on I-phone XR I have read through the previous questions, all of the sound notifications are turned on, and I still only get sound notifications sporadically. The sounds always seem to go off when I am in holding the phone, or sometimes when replies are being sent to me, but not when I am a little farther away. I have missed many messages in a timely fashion because my phone doesn’t go off. The last trick I tried just a few minutes ago was to turn the lock sound off, but don’t know if that will help yet.
