Subscription of iCloud storage

I have already cancelled my upgrade for iCloud storage as I have already changed my iPhone 6 Plus (64gb) to 11 pro max (256gb). Since I bought the iPhone 11 last July, the cancelation started in September, no charge was made & then I again just now, I saw that charges were renewed in OCT & Nov.? How do I cancel that subscription again when it doesn’t show “cancel subscription” on my settings? Pls help, I want to maximize the use of my phone storage instead of paying.
