Screen broadcasting live broadcast tutorials has stopped due to attempted to start an invalid broadcast session error, how can I stop this from coming up?

I have the iPhone XR and shutting it of then on worked for me, but it may depend on the type of iPhone you have or how old the phone is
You have to shut down your phone :) and after you open it it should stop coming up
Every time that I go to a certain app it pulls that up how do I get that to stop coming up whenever I go to an app or anywhere how do I get it to just not even be on my phone anymore?
