Jittery/Jumpy Glitch in the Middle of Live Photo Playback

Have a brand new iPhone 12 Pro with latest iOS, and the Live Photos glitch in the middle of playback in the strangest way. Happens to all of them, it seems. Anyone know what’s going on? Did this issue get resolved?

Why are my iPhone 13 mini camera's Cinematic video, Photo and Portrait modes lagging/stuttering? While using my camera's Cinematic video, Photo and Portrait modes, in the application itself (before taking any videos/photos), the screen lags/stutters a lot. On the other hand, the normal Video mode is smooth as butter (very big difference)! This lagging/stuttering happens in the video itself after I shoot it using the mentioned problematic camera mode - Cinematic mode. I have tried to upload and open such lagging/stuttering video on my computer and it has this issue there as well. It seems the mentioned camera modes just don't work as expected. And also, no, I don't have opened apps in the background... Is this even normal? What could be the problem?

Video recording occasionally has glitches Hi, I have an iPad Pro (software version = 13.4.1) and occasionally when I record video it has the odd glitch where part of the image pixilates. I recorded a three minute video just now and it happened 4 times in all! It's very frustrating and I would like to know if anyone can tell me what causes it and how I can fix it. Thanks! :)

I had the same problem. I discovered by chance if I turn the flash OFF the problem goes away. If the flash is set to auto, I get the jitter.

I have the same problem with a brand new iPhone 12 mini. Never had this issue before with my old 1st gen iPhone SE.

Any solution?
