Keyboard - add number row

Hello, how can I change my keyboard on iPhone 6s to default with a number row?

Keyboard customization - One character per row I've previously configured my iPad 6th gen. keyboard so that when I'm in the ABC tab, I only see the bottom row of characters on each key, (i.e., "q" without "1" above it). When I opened my iPad this evening, it had defaulted to the following: Can anyone help me reset the keyboard so I only see the "q" and not the "1" above it, etc? I've configured it this way before but I'm not able to set it back to my preferred settings. Appreciate any assistance anyone can provide!

Click on 123 on the keyboard.

Tapping on 123 on the keyboard doesn’t do anything
