Big Sur update overheating mac and draining battery

My mac used to give backup of 8hr but after Big Sur update its overheating and draining battery within 1.5 hr. How to resolve it??

Battery back-up issue post update to Mac OS 12.3.1 After I have updated MacBook Pro to OS 12.3.1, the battery back-up has reduced very significantly. Earlier, I used to get back-up of around 10 Hours and now with the same operation pattern, I am getting backup of 6 hours only. MacBook 14" to Monterey 12.3.1 and the bettery is still drained I just upgrade My MacBook 14" to Monterey 12.3.1 and the bettery is still drained (see picture below) when it is in sleep mode. I don't see any machine back up is running, iCloud still is connected, my Mac is not connected to any external devices as well as it is not sharing anything to other device as well. Would the battery drain issue is fixed in 12.3.1? If any have information on how to fix this, please let me know. I would be very appriciated as this issue causing a lot problem for me. Thank you very much in advance.

My Macbook Pro 13 2020 overheats and drains battery since Big Sur. I have had to stop using programs such as Dropbox and Clean my Mac. How do I get Apple to Respond?
