can I go back to os Catlina from Big sur

I wish to go back too. Big sur is terrible – worst design than last versions (I am a graphic designer). I hurts my eyes and is so unexpected from Apple's campany. Unfortunately I have installed it and the coming back options are quite complicated and risky.

VERY slow!!! I want my Catalina back. Why don't they develop something in System Preferences that allows you to roll back an update to the previous one??? Not all of us work in IT and have external this, bootable that, format and requiring use of some other Liondesk or Windows app to make it work. Apple is so good at apple-universe-synchronicity......why not this?!!
