iCloud Tabs not synching - Big Sur, iOS 14.2

I use a 2018 MacBook Pro and an iPhone 12. Since I upgraded to Big Sur, iCloud Tabs on Safari has stopped synching. The MBP shows no tabs open on the iPhone (there are 2 open), and the iPhone shows one tab on the MBP that I closed out of several days ago (there are actually 6 open). I have tried restarting both devices, closing out of all tabs, toggling Handoff on both my MBP and iPhone and toggling Wi-Fi and Bluetooth off and on for both devices but nothing has worked. Is anyone else experiencing this bug?

I'm on Big Sure, Mac Safari 14.0.1 and iOS 14.3. Opening another tab within an existing safari session brings up zilch in terms of other tabs open across other iOS/iPadOS devices on the same iCloud account. If I open a new safari browser (normally I have to quit and restart to get this to work) I then get the options to open tabs from other iCloud devices - in the new way it's displayed halfway down the Start Page. Really frustrating - AirDrop still works however!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities, Ashley!

It sounds like your bookmarks are not syncing properly across your devices. Check out this article If your iCloud or Safari bookmarks aren’t syncing. This article will give you additional steps you can take to troubleshoot your issues.

If you continue to have issues, we would recommend reaching out to Apple directly by checking out this link to Get Support and they will be more than happy to proceed with additional steps.
