Make sure you're keeping your hands still, and keeping your finger on the Crown at all times. Moving too much/removing your finger can cause the results to come out inconclusive. It is recommended to keep your hands/arms on a table or resting them on a surface while you take an ECG. Sorry, let me know if these still aren't working, and I'll get back to you! Hope this Helps! :D

Huh, yes that is very weird. Try opening the "Health" app on your iPhone, tapping on your profile and making sure your "Health Data" is correct. (Age, Weight, Height, etc.)

Another thing you should know, as Apple stated in their ECG article. Since an ECG cannot be accurately read when you're heart rate is under 50 BPM or above 120 BPM, it will be considered inconclusive.

Txs..I did check and all the data’s are ok..I know it can’t detect heart attack etc..I had a major attack few years back,I have a defibrillator inside me..it’s remotely monitored 24/7..I’m not worried about that..but the watch used to give me steady results and I can get a glance how bad boy (heart) is ticking...all the other heart settings are also set up correctly on the phone...

mid in case u find any other solutions than we have tried, can you please let me know??tx u in advance and tx u for ur current help..much appreciated..👍🏻
