Hi everyone! I have problem! I have account in mobile game “Empires&Puzzles”. On ios and android. My android phone was stolen. the kidnappers logged into my account and started harming him. after some action they demanded money. can you transfer my gameplay to another Apple ID? and restore the previous one. I have screenshots and details of my account. there are also bank statements with my donation to the game.

Moving information associated with one Apple ID to another is not something which can be done, as Apple IDs can not be merged.
However, you should follow the steps in this article, If you think your Apple ID has been compromised, and What to do after you change your Apple ID or password.
Also, contact the Android manufacturer, and ask if you can remotely erase your stolen phone.
Plus, contact your cellular provider for that phone and let them know, and your local law enforcement.
As far as your iPhone is concerned, make sure you have Find My set up, so you're prepared if your iPhone is ever lost:
Set up Find My on your iPhone, Mac, AirPods, or other devices
