iPhone Hacked - Fake Cleaner App Used

My mum just called me and said that she was on Pinterest and somehow got to a website saying she had been hacked. Then she said she download a cleaning app somehow from all of this that look like the cleaner:Master Clean Up app but without the circle around the broom. She said that this app performed a “sweep” now she is worried that her information has been stolen. She deleted the app before she called me. I told her to sign out of iCloud and to call her bank to cancel her card. She also changed her banking sign in and password. Anyone know what we should do now?

I’m sorry maybe I wasn’t clear. She didn’t download that cleaner app, it was a different one that looked like that but without the circle. Before she opened it she looked on the Apple App Store for it trying to see if it was fake and she didn’t find that app. Then she said it automatically started sweeping without her even opening the app. She said it was like it took control over her phone.
