Anyone have any tips?! I can’t seem to be able to share any notes from my iCloud with anyone from my iPhone 12 max pro! It just keeps saying can not connect to the sever and there may be a problem with the server and to try again later!! My phone is up to date, application is up to date.. so I am at a complete loss! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

the problem most probably is on the iCloud settings. Hence, check if Notes app doesn’t use iCloud.
AppleID > ICloud
Just tried it myself and no issues. Have you tried restarting your device? Or taking it off of Wifi and trying (to make sure there isn't an issue with your wifi connection causing the problem?
I did!! I have tried all of that! Not sure what is going on 😭
Hopefully someone else chimes in. If all else fails definitely reach out to Apple Support directly to see if they can figure out what's going on.
