Siri doesn't know my location although precise location switched on

Hi - Siri has recently stopped being able to access my location.

I don't know if it's the iOS14.2 or iPhone 12 Pro, or even Big Sur causing this issue.

It was working about a week or two ago, and now it keeps asking me where I want the weather for!
