Siri says I need to turn on my locations but all my locations are turned on and it still does not work

Siri works fine until I ask it to find a location, then it tells me to go to settings and turn on locations. I have done this and it still does not work, is anyone having this issue? It is annoying I need this for work I can’t park and look at my phone every time

Siri doesn't know my location although precise location switched on Hi - Siri has recently stopped being able to access my location. I don't know if it's the iOS14.2 or iPhone 12 Pro, or even Big Sur causing this issue. It was working about a week or two ago, and now it keeps asking me where I want the weather for!

siri now asks for location. never done this before. what gives? when i ask siri what the weather is, it says it can't tell me because of my settings. but i have my location services turned on for siri. this just started to happen. this is for iphone 13 pro max. any thoughts or suggestions.
