Order Status - Processing

Hi,


I've placed an order of iPad Pro + Magic Keyboard + Pencil on 12th November.

I've received my Magic Keyboard and Pancil, however the iPad is still processing.


Why it takes too long to process my order?

Is there anyway to fasten the process?
