iPhone 12 'disconnected' message everytime nears 100%

Hi IRZ_Drive! Have you found a solution? I am having the same problem. Front camera is defective on my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Verizon had me back it up and delete it to be sure. I can’t get it to restore from backup. Afraid I have lost everything now.

same problem with 12 pro max 11pro max xs max via itunes on mac and macos and from icloud back up

I don’t remember how I fixed it . I think it was a digital SIM card thing but I’m not sure . I was able to recover but it happened to me again on another phone transfer and i just gave up .
