Non-genuine screen and True Tone and auto brightness not working on iPhone 11, iOS 14.2 original display

hallo, I have an iPhone 11 and I don’t know when the True Tone and auto brightness doesn’t work anymore then the non-genuine screen pop up on the Lock Screen and now it’s on appear on setting-general-about

now I’m running iOS 14.2 and my iPhone display is totally original that came with the device, the Face ID work properly and I don’t have issue with touchscreen, what should I do?

the problem show up when I’m running iOS 13 then an hour ago I’m updating to iOS 14.2 because I think it’s software issue, but it still same

please help me

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to see the True Tone option on your iPhone. To help isolate this, use your Mac or PC to backup and restore your iOS software to factory settings, as this process erases the information and settings on your device and installs a fresh copy of the latest iOS software. Temporarily set up your phone as new to test your issues, and then restore your back up and test the issues again.

Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to factory settings

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
