Hello, I updated my MacBook Pro 2018 to Big Sur yesterday and my projects in adobe captivate have an issue. I see my slides in the filmstrip but my workplace where I should be editing them is completely black. When I preview everything is going well and the slides are OK.
I checked with Adobe and they told it was linked to the upgrade to Big Sur. Is there someone else who has this issue?

It is not compatible with Big Sur. Adobe is working on it. Check in this forum for updates--an Adobe representative will post here when an update is ready:
Or, keep opening the updater.
Have you checked if Captivate has a newer update available that is purposely for Big Sur compatibility?
I checked with customer service of Adobe. I used the latest updated version of captivate.
