DPD phishing scam

My mum is freaking out, like a lot of people she has been doing online Christmas shopping. She got an email today from DPD saying that they had incomplete delivery details and they needed to be updated. She clicked on the link and had a good look at the details on the website, it wanted her to pay to get it redelivered. She wasn’t sure which parcel it related to so cane out of it and looked through her emails and dispatch notifications but it didn’t seem to be any of them. She then showed me the email, I stupidly opened the link again and had a good look at it before closing it and then checking the email senders address and realising what was going on.

we then deleted the email and closed all her open safari pages.

she never entered any details.

her IOS probably isn’t up to date but wouldn’t be more than one or two versions behind.

I have started downloading the new iOS for her now.

but she is really worried, she does her online banking etc on her iPhone.

is there any chance she could have been hacked/infected. Is there anything we should do?

she opened her email on the outlook app if that makes any difference.
