No. The last driver update from Lexmark for this printer was in 2015, and it was for OS X 10.10. Gutenprint does not support this printer either. Not supported directly by Apple's AirPrint, but it might work with one of the AirPrint compatible printer servers at the bottom of the AirPrint page. Without printer drivers, even if you could hook this up to a wireless print server, it would be a dumb device.

Got a fix for the Canon, as it is supported in Apple's AirPrint, so no Canon drivers necessary.
With the Canon networked, and powered on, visit System Preferences : Printers & Scanners. If the Canon printer icon is present, right-click on it, and choose Reset Print System. This will remove it, and you will be offered a re-add dialog. Choose the printer, and then Apple's AirPrint for the driver, followed by re-adding the printer. Right-click on the printer icon in the Printers gallery and make it the default printer. Print something.
If this printer is not in the Printer gallery yet, click the + button to add the printer with AirPrint support. In either case, you should have one useful printer working.

There is a fix, just not apple supported.
PROBLEM SOLVED!
Here is what I did. I downloaded the color driver package from Download Color driver package . The mono package is at Download Mono driver package . I deleted my old printer and reset the printing system first. Then I used the Find Any File utility to find all the files with Lexmark in it and trashed all of them and emptied the trash. Some require an admin password to delete. For good measure I rebooted then. At that point I ran the installer that I had downloaded. Then I added the printer. In my case bonjour printer showed up and I selected that and for driver I selected under Use: the Lexmark universal driver. Voila! It printed. All printer options are there.
Thanks for the input. I'll give it a try, my Canon LBP612Cdw doesn't work either, still trying to find drivers for it.
Ugh!
Many thanks for the speedy reply.
That did it! Thanks a million!
And, thank you for the clear, easy to follow directions.
Much appreciation, stay safe, and stay well.

You are welcome, and I am deliberate in my staying safe and well. Like wise for you too.
My lovely Lexmark 410 has turned into a very expensive brick. Lexmark has drivers through 10.14, but nothing for Big Sur. This is going to be a rather nasty problem for us.
It works with AirPrint (I deleted the printer and reinstalled it), but it's slower than slow. At least it works...
