Hi, I been trying to use my memoji to record a message but I couldn’t, it says tap to resume, and face tracking failed, can you help me with this please thank you.

Memoji problem I recently got a new iPhone 12 Pro Max and can’t get Memoji to work. They work in facetime and by Video recording. But not in iMassages or by setting them up. All the time I see the phrase „Problem by detecting the face“. I’ve tried restarting the phone, removing Memojis I’ve created. So what’s the problem? How can i fix it?

Animoji/memoji not working. I just recently updated my ios to ios14. Im using an iphone 11. But every time i want to send an animoji, I’m getting an error “face tracking failed” . I don’t have a phone case. I wipe the camera lens. I also went outside for some sunlight. But its still not working. My face id works fine. What can i do?

UNABLE TO RECORD VIDEO MESSAGE WITH FACETIME THE BUTTON FOR TO RECORD VIDEO MESSAGE WITH FACE TIME IS GREYED OUT ON MY PHONE. I DID LOOK FOR SUPPORT , IM LEFT WITH A RESET PHONE AND THE SAME ISSUE... IPHONE12 PROMAX IOS17.0.2... ANY ASSISTANCE WOULD BE GREATELY APPRECIATED.
