How to set Return Receipt in Apple Mail, Catalina

On Mac mini with MacOs Catalina adding this command:

defaults write com.apple.mail UserHeaders '{"Disposition-Notification-To" = "Name <email@address>"; }'

don't have effect on Mail.

How can I turn on Disposition-Notification-To on Catalina?
