Airplay devices not showing since iOS 14.2 update

Updated to 14.2 so I could get wireless charging working consistently but I have noticed from the control center I no longer see non Apple Airplay2 devices - I see my Homepod and Apple TVs but do not see my Sonos and Airport Express (which I have hooked to a stereo).

I have rebooted everything but cannot figure this out. What leads me to 14.2 is that on my iPad Pro without update I see all Airplay devices and can use them.

Anyone else having Airplay issues with iOS 14.2?
