A friend of mine uses an iMac (2016). It appears that he used an apple id for the app store, another for the itunes store and used his girlfriends to buy microsoft 365.
Its giving problems while updating the apps (off course)..
Whats the best procedure to solve this problem?

They can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if they want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.

It sounds like your friend used multiple Apple IDs to set up their Mac, and we're happy to help. Your friend can delete the apps in question that were installed with another ID and download them while signed in to their own Apple ID.
