Error parsing info.plist NSCocoaErrorDomain 3840

I am trying to write a bootable usb key with terminal sudo command to get MacOS Catalina installer in the case my MacMini does not launch properly.

During the process, I encounter the same error than Wesam77 :

2020-11-19 11:42:03.804 createinstallmedia[715:13765] There was an error parsing the Info.plist for the bundle at URL <0x7fadcf327a60>: NSCocoaErrorDomain - 3840

I formatted the media many times. Can you help please ?

Mac mini, macOS 10.15
