I did a clean install of Big Sur, appears that it is working OK but when I look at disk utility under Macintosh HD its shows 3 Macintosh HD - Data. Is the APFS corrupt? Hoe to fix it

iMac 27″, macOS 10.14

Is the APFS corrupt? Hoe to fix it

No, it just means you failed to erase the disk (or at least remove the old volumes) before reinstalling. Each OS installation (Catalina, Big Sur) creates a boot volume and a data volume. The installer doesn't delete your Data volumes.

In Disk Utility, you can select each one to determine where it is mounted (Mount Point: in info window).

The one mounted at /System/Volumes/Data/ is the "in use" Data volume.

The ones mounted at /Volumes/ can be removed using the Remove Volume button ( – ).
