Apple iphone 12 protective case and screen

I've just bought a case online.. It claimed to be fine for an iphone 12 but the cut out space for the on/off button is too small & the sound buttons become too encased to press. I then went to a phone shop and they tried another, that also didn't allow me to press the on/off button easily. They had no other options.

Can anyone give me the make/details of a case and protective screen that work for an iphone 12?
