Flag & Text box colors wrong

The flag colors in mail are off. Yellow is brown, orange is rust. Also, the blue system color appears darker than it should be. In addition, SMS boxes are a dark green and text boxes are a dark blue. This existed on my previous iPhone and now continues on a new iPhone 11. I have played around adjusting color filters with no impact at all. I'm thinking because it's happened on two different phones, perhaps another app is causing this?? Any suggestions?
